Reprogram your Mind with Peter Crone and Aubrey Marcus
After bringing on Peter Crone content about a year ago, I haven’t really listened to him a lot recently but he just made his third appearance on the Aubrey Marcus Podcast last week, and it’s a good one. I was again impressed with Peter’s ability to listen and read people, helping cut deep within and uncovering deeply healing insights. It’s powerful to hear Aubrey have the experience himself, but I learned a lot through the conversation myself, or likely re-learned | Link

Matt Dixon on Sustainable Habit Change
The last couple of months I’ve been listening to more and more content and podcasts around triathlon training, endurance sport and how to find balance not only in training but in life. There have been a few that I’ve learned a lot from, which I will share more on later, but I recently dove into Purple Patch Fitness and their podcast that founder and coach Matt Dixon hosts. I really appreciate his honest thoughts around habits, training and how to be intentional and create behaviors that you’ll really stick with, since consistency is truly key to any kind of success | Link

Kiss the Ground Soil Advocate Training
Kiss the Ground was one of my favorite documentaries of 2020, offering a lot of education and optimism for the way forward on climate change, carbon and creating a healthier humankind. I recently finished my 2021 goals list, and education for myself is a big theme of the year ahead. Taking the Soil Advocate Training is near the top of the list for me. It’s not a topic I’ve ever known a lot about but I feel more and more drawn to it for my own health but for my community, the earth and future generations | Link

Landa Conservatory
The internet isn’t the most serene environment for the most part, especially these days. However we can look to Landa Conservatory, ‘The Most Quiet Place on the Internet.’ Sharing a variety of meditative landscape scenes with gentle music, the moving ‘screen savers’ provide a glimpse into the peace of nature and that exists within each one of us | Link
