Inner Trip Center by Satisfy

“Utilizing a yin and yang of natural and synthetic fabrics, the Inner Trip Center designs create a running experience that is only as loud as your mind. Cloud Merino is dyed by hand using the traditional Japanese shibori method, yielding a pattern resembling the trajectory of the plunge inward. Bursts of aluminum charged ripstop fabric are reminiscent of flashes of consciousness. Dark, green and neutral tones diminish the boundaries of body from nature. Organic and recycled cottons nourish both the skin and environment.” The latest release from Satisfy is one of their strongest, featuring musician Stephen O'Malley, some of the standout pieces are the Cloud Merino t-shirt, bandanas and track pants | Link

Demystifying Meditation with Dr. Joe Dispenza

“Dr. Joe Dispenza offers a new scientific view of meditation as a means for transcending the body, environment and time, to reach the sweet spot of being in the present moment. When we move into meditation, the veil between the conscious and subconscious minds drops, allowing us to become aware of our automatic thoughts and behaviors, enabling change. This gives you the power to train the body and mind into coherence, giving you the energy you need to create a new future.” | Link

Identity-Based Habits

I had never really thought about this, and as I reflected on my past years I realized I had been doing it unconsciously all along. This sometimes works out well for us, but more of then than not it doesn’t help us in the long run. After reading this book, and digging into this article and concept, I’m personally now looking at my upcoming goals as an opportunity to re-shape my own identity, values and take the daily steps to become the human being that I want to be | Link

Simon Clarke’s 20 Minute Routine

When it comes to sports, it’s become evidently clear that we can’t just do or play the sport and expect to be at our best. Cross training, strength and core, conditioning and dynamic stretching all play an important role in longevity, injury prevention and performance. In this case we can look to Simon Clarke, 34-year-old pro cyclist for the EF team, who knows how to keep his body prepared for the road. This video is a great 20-minute workout and movement routine to follow to engage core, full body and prime yourself for the bike, a run or life | Link
