Episode 03: The Importance of Men's Work
On this episode of Into the Well, Ryan and Sean discuss the oft-misunderstood world of men's work, and the importance of men reconnecting with their masculinity in safe spaces where they can process emotions, receive mirroring, and connect to lost parts of themselves. Ryan and Sean also discuss their fathers, and the deconditioning process that modern men are being called to as a result of generations of unexpressed grief, as well as the effect this work can have on their careers, relationships, and connection to the natural world.
