Awareness
Black Lives Matter
The world is in trouble. In so many ways are we out of alignment with our human nature, connection to self and other, the the planet, and specifically the oppression of black communities in America. The events over the past 400 plus years are unacceptable and the latest spark and current global environment have proven to offer the potential for real change and progression. We each have to do our part, and there are a number of ways from education to donating financial support to looking inward. I invite you to watch documentaries like 13th if you haven’t, read books from important voices, and to find ways to participate in the action parallel to honest self-inquiry about your true feelings on the subject and how you can authentically support | Link

Transcendence Season 2
Gaia offers some of the best watching online that I’ve found in recent years and they just release the second season of Transcendence, an incredible series about the nature of human beings, our history, evolution and ways to heal. Meditate by the Ocean
Meditation is a vital tool in order to create the space within ourselves to make better choices. We must become aware before we can make change, and that goes for our relationships, our bodies, how we parent and how we treat the planet as whole. The NY Times have created a simple meditation using video and guided audio so that you can meditate by the ocean, even if you’re stuck at home | Link

Beyond Fasting with Dr. Pompa
Rumi said, “fasting is the first principle of medicine; fast and see the strength of the spirit reveal itself.” It’s an ancient practice that offers more benefits than I can list here, but Dr. Dan Pompa and Ben Greenfield cover a lot of them in this new podcast episode. From regenerating cells to helping your digestive system to looking intimately at your relationship with food, fasting offers a challenge to anyone used to the ease of modern life, and also an opportunity for deep growth and healing. With the equinox around the corner, it could be a great time to begin a seasonal ritual | Link
